At Love You Gifts, we want to ensure you have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. In addition to our standard remake policy—which covers issues such as items that don’t pass quality checks—we’re proud to offer Package Protection as an optional add-on that ensures peace of mind for your purchase.
What Is Package Protection?
Our Package Protection is an additional layer of security for your order, offering peace of mind in the rare event of delivery complications. We use Shipping companies to deliver your product to you, such as USPS, UPS, Fedex. Once we pass your order onto a shipping company, it is out of our control and unfortunately delays can happen. Package Protection will take over when shipping issues occur. Specifically, it covers instances where:
- The tracking status shows your item as delivered, but you didn’t receive it.
- The package is stuck in transit or lost for greater than 3 days.
Without Package Protection, remake requests for such cases would typically not be approved.
Key Details of Package Protection
- One Replacement Only: Package Protection covers a single replacement of the item, not a refund.
- This service is only available for orders placed directly on our Love You Gifts website. At this time, it is not available for purchases made on Etsy or other third-party marketplaces.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Earliest Claim: Claims can be filed starting 2 business days after the tracking shows the item was delivered. This allows time for any carrier errors to resolve.
- Latest Claim: Claims must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date.

Standard Remake Policy
At Love You Gifts, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we’re here to help. Remakes are offered under the following specific circumstances and at the discretion of Love You Gifts.
When Can You Request a Remake?
You may qualify for a remake if your order meets the following criteria:
- Damaged Items or Quality Concerns
- If an item itself, its attachment, or the packaging arrives damaged or should not have passed our quality checks, we’ll resend the damaged parts only.
For Example: If a chain or box is damaged, we’ll replace just the chain or box. - Incorrect or Wrong Items Received
- If you receive the wrong message card, item, or design, or if the message card is damaged, we’ll replace the specific part of the order that is incorrect.
- To process these requests, we require a video showing the incorrect product and the packaging it arrived in. Without this information, we cannot approve a remake.
- Items Stuck in Transit
- Orders with no movement for 30 days (or 15 days within the EU) after shipping may be eligible for a one-time remake, pending review by our management team.
- Busy shipping periods may require additional waiting time before a remake is considered.
- For orders placed outside of the US, Items held in customs or marked as "in clearance" may require additional time before being deemed lost.
Additional Terms for Remakes
- Damaged or Poor Quality Assurance (QA)
- Items must show as delivered.
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders or 60 days for international orders.
